Technical Support
As a customer of HRST Online, you are supported in a manner that is uncommon in today's IT environment. We do not and never will outsource our support functions, preferring instead to keep all support in-house, staffed by well-trained professionals who not only know the product inside and out, but also are familiar with your business needs and your industry's culture.
HRST Online technical support includes the following:
- Email Support - Emailed requests for service are always responded to the same day, usually within 2 hours. A support ticket is automatically opened when your email is received and an immediate reply is sent so you know the request was received.
- Live Chat - Interact with our staff one-on-one to get your issue resolved quickly, especially when emailing back and forth becomes cumbersome.
- Remote Assistance - In some instances, when we cannot resolve your issue via email or live chat, remote assistance is available. With your knowledge and permission, a support specialist can remotely log onto your computer and work with you, seeing exactly what you see on your monitor, sharing control where needed to resolve the issue.
- Support Site - Our support center site puts a wealth of information at your fingertips, including the latest news, document downloads, a knowledgebase, troubleshooting guides and issue search capability. You can also open a support ticket or initiate a live chat session from this one-stop support portal.
- Reports - HRST Online includes a plethora of standard reports available from the application menu. However, you may request ad hoc reports when the information you want is not already available from the Reports menu. A price will be quoted for difficult or complex reports, but most simple reports will be created for you free of charge and will be placed on the menu for you to run again and again.
Clinical Assistance
Our staff trainers and nurses are available post-training to assist you with clinical questions related to the HRST Online tool. They bring years of nursing experience and intimate knowledge of the HRST itself to help you answer specific real-world questions that naturally arise in any setting.
While we cannot advise you on medical issues, our clinical assistants can give you the knowledge and understanding to enable you to correctly use the HRST tool as it relates to a particular observation or situation.
